I am 21 weeks pregnent and suffering with the pain in my anus i actually had a small problems of piles before it doesnot pain but in pregnency i usually had a constipation and that small thing in my anus has now became large and it pains a lot while doing short toilet while sitting and specially while doing long..please suggest me..

I have few symptoms of cervical spondylosis but unless I visit a doctor I can't say what it is. I play badminton which makes the pain little worse but in half hour or so it goes. I also feel pain in shin bones which might be because of weight(103 kg) which is way to high than should be. But even when I was leaner (75kg) I had these issues. So it seems weight is not the only reason. I am not on any medication apart from OTC medicines like Medohar Guggulu, Ayurslim and Nutrilite Daily. I don't have any known medical conditions other than bone health issues (and weight of course ;) ). I am looking for advice for improving my bone health. Please advise.
