It's been 2 year since I have been facing this problem I lost almost hairs as anyone can see my scull clearly so please help

Is rheumatoid arthritis better treated with homeopathy than ayurveda? Is there a permanent cure in homeopathy?

I had taken treatment for harmaonal imbalance and I'm 10 days late for my periods .Is it common what shall I do ? Should I consult doctor again.
