Due to constipation feeling pain in lower abdomen and at time of stool passing observed bleeding frequently only during days of constipation. Please provide solution & oblige

My child is having continous problem of cough and cold for last 4 months. due to which she gets high fever of 102-104 many a times. I being giving her allopathy medicines till now. should continue with homeopathic or allopathy med to get over come her cough and cold.

I had suffered with gall bladder infection some 8-10 years back, for which I had to take high power medicines for quite long period. I think from that time only I got this spot of grey hair.
