My mother is having intense problem of gastric.. every time she is releasing gas either with mouth or farting

I have mdr tb for one year.Now i take allopathic medicines for mdr tb.My problems are severe headache,Cough,cold,chest pain,breathing trouble.After taking medicines i have burning sensation,vomiting sensation and body pain also.This problem can be completely cured by homeopathy without taking allopathic medicines?

Helloo My concern is i sweat a lot Seriously lot I go to college for my masters and i ususally take 3-4 cotton napkins with me . Some say to drink lot of water which i usually do. But stilll no results. While travelling in train, i prefer to stand in gate so that i can get air, bcoz i have fainted once due to suffocating.
