I have very tiny pills of homeopathy perfollatim 200 . I m taking 5 pills once a week as it was told for vaccination against dengue and flu. Is this dosage correct?

Hi, I have a boil or abscess in the cleft at the top of the buttocks from around one year. I was thinking it as a normal boil and not took any treatment yet, but today i met with a doctor who is a surgeon and he told me it's a pilonidal cyst and operation is the only option and there is a possibility that it can happen again even after operation.
