Hello Doctor, My child is not eating food from past 4 days please help to solve the problem

I m taking homeopathic medicines since 1 & half month for pcos n I didn’t get my menses after 24/7/2017.recent sonography showed minimal fluid in POD & rt ovary 19cc lt ovary 12 cc.do i need to be worried about minimal free fluid in POD? 1 year back sonography showed rt ovary 19cc lt ovary 23 cc n mild cervicitis

Respected Doctor's I don't know whether I'm asking this question in correct forrum. I am having SCROTUM itching for past one and half years.After taking Allopathy medicines for 20 to 30 days the itching subsides but after a gap of two weeks to one month the scrotum itching come back stronger.Visited lot of dermatologists.But still the issue is there.so I want to know what might be the problem.whats triggering it.please reply 🙏🙏 Your replies are invaluable to me🙏🙏 Note:I don't have diabetes,I am a Teetotaler,Made lifestyle changes like using cotton inner wears,As per doctors advice not using soap on scrotum and not taking hot water baths.
