Following up on the Response from Dr. Himani Negi, I would like to what further examination and case analysis needs to be done. And is it possible to prescribe homeopathy treatment that I can take? Thank you

Bleeding during menses is extremely heavy with large clots. Pelvic pain and knee pain during menses is also there. current scan report-both ovaries are bulky & shows increased stromal ecogenecity with peripheral multiple small follicles, 2-6 mms in size.no dominnant follicle. Right ovary: 43*21mm,volume-10cc left ovary :50*22mm,vol-12cc.no adnexal mass & no free fluid. Glucose: 90(fasting),calcium:8.68,TSH-4.81uIU/ml,fT3-3.22pg/ml,fT4-0.94ng/dl,Fsh-4.20mIU/ml,LH-13.29mIU/ml,prolactin-7.02ng/dl

Replied to Dr.Shweta Singh Thank u very much for the reply madam🙏🙏 I already used coconut oil,liquid Paraffin,Some homeopathic mother tinctures(mixed with coconut oil) for dryness and itching in scrotum but as of now nothing worked for me.Changed everything from soap,inner wears,water....etc  but no use.I am really confused.some times after scratching scrotum skin produces dry flakes orelse it feels very sweaty(wet).Both dryness and sweating causing severe itching.Still now visited 7 to 8 dermatologists but no one found the solution for this problem.Hoping for the best.Need advice/suggestions from doctors.Current dermatologist told me it's related to stress!!But really don't think it's due to stress.what to do ??Please reply🙏🙏

I TOOK MANY ADVICE AND TREATMENT FROM MANY DOCTOR BUT I NEVER GOT SATISFACTION PROBLEM IS THIS WHENEVER I GO FROM H COLD PLACE TO HOT PLACE OR EITHER FROM HOT TO COLD SNEEZE WILL START AND SUFFERED FROM SURDI WHILR THE SEASON AR DAILY TEMPRATURE CHANGES SAME THING HAPPENED.

Replied to Dr.Prajakta Kulkarni Mam thanks for the reply🙂🙂 You asked me full details about my scrotum itching Its been 18 months my scrotum itching comes and goes.its recurring again and again.but no cure at all.After taking a course of medicines the itch subsides.but after couple of weeks it comes back stronger.Tried coconut oil,liquid Paraffin, all Anti inch creams and mother tinctures mixed with coconut oil but nothing helped.I don't have diabetes and also I am a teetotaler.Changed everything from inner wear to water but no luck.Also dermatologists suggested it might be due to stress,heat sweat,long travel,using tight garments like jeans.But what's the real cause or the thing which is triggering this issue.Please help me by giving some suggestions🙏🙏
