Homeopathy

I have an over weight issue, my diet and workout are normal. I think it might be heriditory , but how to overcome. my temperatures are low. is this a reason for easy weight gain?

I have been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst a month ago,i didn't know this before,i get to know while having my ultrasound, i had no symptoms, two weeks before i get another ultrasound done and get to know that my cyst was of 6.5cm now.doctors have suggested me to remove this cyst surgically.. But i don't want myself to be operated..is there any other treatment ?
