Dr my daughter is 15 months old she usually gets minor hurts while playing some of my frnds told me to give arnica as a precautionary medicine today I took sbl arnica montana 30ch while asking for do sage to chemist i feel like he was not pretty sure abt dosage so i just want to ask u all is it safe to give arnica in liquid form as a precautionary medicine on regular basis i mean to give it to my daughter without any problem nd what should be the dosage

"Sonography Report ;- Uterus Retroverted..Measure 5*6*8.6cms. Bulky..Endometrium Thickened measure 12mm. No Focal myometrial lesions. Few nabothian.cysts noted in cevrix - Largest measuring 5 mm. Impression ;- Bulky uterus with thickened endometrium ." What does it mean?? Is there any serious Health issues??

Respected Doctor's🙏🙏 I want to know whether I can use moisturizing lotion like cetaphil on my scrotum for itching and dryness.In many forums it's stated using moisturizing lotion/creams in scrotum makes a way for it to  enter bloodstream!!I asked this coz I have some wounds on scrotum due to constant scratching will moisturizing lotion enter my blood stream through that small cuts.please reply🙏🙏 Awaiting your replies I know it's an allopathic lotion but I want to here homeopathic suggestions for scrotum itching and usage of moisturizing lotion on scrotum.

Replied to Karagada sandeep Sir thanks for your reply🙏🙏 Each  dermatologists diagnosed different things like 1)Scrotum dermatitis 2) Lichens simplex chronicus(LSC) 3)due to polyster inner wears and sweating 4)dryness...etc All of them told different skin conditions.but still the problem is intact.i couldn't find what's triggering this scrotum itching it's been around 18 months.whats the next option sir.please reply🙏🙏 Sir I have a small whether eating non-veg triggers this condition ??
