My wife has varicose veins on her right leg backside the knee she cannot squat and cannot bend the leg completely.She can only bend  about 10 degrees not further.I am applying varicose oil,but no use.please suggest.

Hello Doctor, I am male 32yr old. Physically and mentally I have been feeling weak and sometimes I feel anxious. Sometimes feel stressed out and exhausted. My neck nerves feels very weak and some random mild headaches all over head specially at back and they last for only few minutes. Sometimes feel pressurised points in head on sides. Most of the times they last for only few minutes but these are being a constant worry. I heard of mother tincture could be of help.Can I take ashwagandha mother tincture for couple of months. I recently experienced pain in lower right back and burning during urination . On further examination , it was discovered that I have a 5mm kidney stone and multiple calculi in gall bladder , largest one measuring 10mm. There is no pain in gall bladder at the moment but kidney stone has already pained once for which I have taken 5 days course of antibiotics and pain killer and advised to drink plenty of water .. I started with Berberis vulgaris on advise to times a day as well. I have a history of indigestion , bloating gas, frothy stool as well. My cholesterol level s came high in last report.. Kindly help
