Is there any effective treatment to cure pcos completely.I have heard that can not be cured.is it true?

I am 34 year old weight 74kg. I have undergone severe tension and stress condition since last 1 year. Now since last 3 months I am observing Patch in back of head with hair loss. The patch is increasing and size is approx a 10 rupee coin. Second patch sign has just started less half of  25 paisa coin. I do not have any chronic illness or any medication . Can you please suggest any homeopathy medication both for consumption through mouth and also apply on the patch site. I have started applying baby onion juice in the affected part.

I am suffering from severe spondylosis due to which pain radiates to hand and nearby areas, is there any remedy for this..

Can we take antidepressants with passflora q drop. Is there any drug interaction, or is it harmful am taking passflora at night for sleep, because I don't want to depend on sleeping pills (allopathic).
