Due to diabetic medications having above problem. Request for medicinal supplements. At present taking forxiga 10mg ,Glycomet GP 0.5 forte and also Veltomplus. 0.4mg.

From last 6 month i having 24 hrs dakar with fluid and water coming in mouth from stomach with gas formation every time what may be the possibility

Feeling tired all time ..not willing to work.. mentally stressed .. general weakness ...any homeopathic medicine for general weakness and tiredness..
