I have no interest in doing work dizziness in eyes headaches physical tiredness weight 75 kg what to do

My mother has a kidney stone of 11.5 mm in her right kidney as seen in her sonography report..Right now she has no pain..in the month of June she had pain in her lower back(Kamar as we say in Hindi)..after that no pain..I want to ask whether Clearstone drops can prove to be useful..???Also,while doing this course,what foods to avoid???..in how many days can we expect that this stone will be removed???

Whenever I go outside my house especially for attending my college classes, coaching classes, to visit any temple, to attend any party-function or to do any journey by bus, car or train I have to go for passing stool immediately and a number of times. This situation becomes worst whenever I have to appear for any examination or interview or to attend any meeting with any person who is sitting in a very high post in any job such as a doctor, police inspector, bank manager etc. This time the frequency to go for passing stool increases very fast. Also this time I get breathlessness and suffer from heart palpitations. I get trembled and my words get stuck in my mouth only and become unable to speak fluently . Excess sweating comes in both palms and foot soles. It becomes worst whenever I feel that I will get any bad news within a few moments. This time also I become breathlessness and suffer from heart palpitations and finally I have to go for passing stool immediately. Effective medicine?
