I have burning sensation in my thighs and doctor says meralgia paresthetica, is homeopathy help to reduce . Please advise

There is red blood in stool without pain ..no pain at all...gas and flatuence is there...is there any medicines to cure..and is it serious?

I have kidney stones and gall bladder stones. I came to know about it after severe pain in my left side kidney upto middle of stomach. From Ultra sonography report it is clear that stones exist in left kidney and gall bladder. So is there any medicine in homeopathy to remove the stones from both kidney and gall bladder.
