Chances are very less but do regular physical stretching exercises and take diet which is Rich in calcium and and protein. Avoid stress.

Hi dear, it is not at all possible as your periosteal ends fuses by 21yrs age. This 2cm increase can be the muscle hypertrophy from exercise. You are almost in a normal height. I would suggest a change in your dressing style to look tall. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Unfortunately not possible. U van continue doing exercises. Have healthy well balanced diet. Actually by this time, Growth plates are fused (Growth plates are the areas of active, new bone growth near the ends of bones.). Means A growth plate that has completely hardened into solid bone is a closed growth plate. After a growth plate closes, the bones are no longer growing. All the best
