I'm 18 yeras old as usual facing pimples from last 3 years already taken allopathy treatment .Now going through homeopathic medicinens . Does homeopathic medicinens help to reduce hormonal acne pimples and dark spots? If yes then within how many months Please sir/mam don't lie I'm in a very bad situation 🙏

I am having daily excessive running nose watery eyes,itching in eye ,sneezing,wet cough and sometimes wheezing in night... Doctors said me it's allegic rhinitis...i have done medications but it started again these days...I can't concentrate on anything because of this...I need complete cure...is it possible? I have extreme lower abdomen pain and hip specially anus pain whenever i have an urge to go to the laterine... Like to add that my ct scan report and colonocsopy reports are both normal. But sigmoidoscopy showed(which was done 7 months before colonoscopy)internal piles grade 2 and proctitis.
