Homeopathy

I am a homeopathy student. And I have practiced it for my family many times successfully. I have a concern. I have allergic rhinitis since long time with runny nose having burning discharge. For this I take allium cepa. This remedy provides me instant relief always however the relief is only 30-40 percent. So remedy works , but not complete relief.  Since discharges were burning, I added another remedy arsenic album which is particularly known to help . By combining allium cepa 30+ arsenic album30..my relief has gone upto 60-70 percent..but I still get symptoms in spite of taking the medicines..why it's not curing me completely? If I take any allopathic medicine like montair lc, cetrizine ,then my symptoms are controlled 100 percent for 24 hours with 1 tablet. But it's not happening with homeopathy. The remedies are clearly working, but only providing partial relief. May you please explain reason behind partial relief ?

My mother is diabetic ., high bp and on medications like stamlo5, tonact, trajenta, obimet sr500, pradaxa .she also has this problem of arthritis..what's the best homeopathic treatment for this?

Hello, i have been diagnosed with pcod and i had my periods on 27 feb which will last for 8 days. Since i have irregular cycle i don't want my periods to start between 20 april to 27 april. Is there as suggestions that i can follow in order to have periods before that or after that but surely not in between. Should i have cystellia 35. But i am going to start homeopathy/ayurveda medicine but it will effect slowly. Please suggest.
