I was always ill because i abused my body and mind way before puberty..now I've symptoms of mental disorder like panic attacks, anxiety, derealization... derealization is killing me day by day..i don't feel my anything like I'm an outsider watching TV or a movie...i don't feel my voice...like I'm not in the world anymore..pls help me

Hello, My name is Mangesh Deokar, i have burning tongue and throat on the left side of the mouth. The problem started in December 2018 and i havent been resolved yet. I did MRI, CBCT scan to rule out any abmormalities but everything is fine. I also did blood test to rule out any vitamin defeciencies but they are all good just vitamin B12 on the border. I have been to many specialists and ENT doctors. All they do is keep giving me acidity medications and vitamin pills but that doesnt help at all. Is there any way it can be treated. I heard a similar patient in switzerland was treated with Homeopathy so i have a little hope. I seriously need help.

Doctor prescribed medicine but today i take calcarea carb 200 can i start sulphur and sepia from tommorow  or is there any interaction between calcerea carb and sulphur? can i take it from tomorrow? any interaction or if there is problem suggest me how to take two med my doctor is unavilable so plzz suggest me
