How can i treat cracked heels at home. The reason for my cracked heels is probably due yo scrubbing my feet dry using pumice stone. Please let me know what to do.

Can i take both medicine in same time my doctor prescribed me but i am confused please tell me how to take these two med. is there any interaction between them if i take at same time . my doctor presecribed me 3drops once in a 3 days in 10 ml water but at same time or alternate day i am confused please suggest me

Hi doctors. Please explain me the difference between coryza and catarrah in homeopathy. Usually it's argued that coryza is limited to nose and catarrah is extended to throat. Sometimes it's also argued that coryza is Acute inflammation but catarrah is chronic inflammation. However, in repertorization softwares, there is always separate rubric of catarrah of just nose. Stated like Kent: catarrah (nose). So here it is negating it's relationship with throat. kindly help me to understand the actual and accurate difference between the two for precise case taking.
