Slip disc L5 S1, lower back pain since 1 year , can't lift weight even unable to forward bending, ... Can cure?

I want to ask what is this black hair on my pores , I was under medication of homoepathy since approx 1 .5 year , i was given berberis aquifolium, kali brom and other medicine till my worst acne resolve, after that i now get few pimples but not like before , for scars i asked doctor about my pores and other scars , he prescribed me silicea 12 x internally and berberis aquifolium , calendula and one more thing mixed for external use .i have asked him many times whether my scars and pores will resolve or not and he said yes, but everyone of us know we feel depressed by seeing our face like this even though we dont want to take tension, i only want to know truth here because many doctor said it will not cure i have to do laser but some says it will cure , being a sufferer i want my confusion to be clear out that what is the truth and if the doctor under whom i am consulting is providing me sufficient information or not , i respect every doctor but i only want a answer for further recovery

I am currently on homeopathic medicine for nasal allergy and minor digestive issues. As per recent test report attached, I have high sgot sgpt and high triglycerides. After consulting a family doctor, he has advised to consume a liver tonic  Liv 52 DS (2 tablets after lunch). Can I use the same while consuming homeopathy medicines? Will it help in decreasing sgot/sgpt? I have also started consuming fish oil for high triglycerides.

Hello sir Whenever I eat food from hotel then sometimes it causes digestive problems and someone suggest me that I can use Livotex liver tonic syrup for better digestion So I wanted to ask is it safe to use Livotex for frequent days daily or is there any side effects

I've been using chrysarobinam cream for my groin rash which seems like a mild powder like dust! For the first two weeks i felt kinda better as I didn't feel any bad smell and had only minimal itch! But from recent days i feel itchiness occasionally? Can you suggest anything for this problem! I do sweat a lot while doing physical activities!

I brush three times a day. I use Tongue cleaner too. But this bad breath is from 14 year with me. Now I am not able to communicate with people due to this. Its strange and foul smell which comes from my mouth. After brushing also this smell doesn't go. So I went to dentist first, he told me to go to ENT and gave chlorhexidine mouthwash...this mouthwash didnt worked. ENT tries with spray and all things...At last he asked for endoscopy. . So I am not able to figure out which doctor to see for this. I want a normal fresh mouth. Please help me, I am not able to do job because of this.  Please tell me if you are available tomorrow. I believe homeopathic doctor will figure out correctly.

Iam suffering from gastic problem from 5 years. As my symptoms worsen, i went to md surgen 3 months before, after doing endospcope and test conformed that i have H Pylori infection. He said May be due to that infection iam having gastict problem and problems assocaiated with that. NOW I HAVE 1. SLIGHT STOMACH PAIN 2. GAS FORMATION FREQUENTY 3.
