I'm a heart patient. I had my open heart surgery in June 2015. I am having suffocation and chest pan these days.

İ got my test results and my triglycerides are at 192. Are they high? Should i be concerned, I'm 17year old

I consulted 3 cardiologist for skipped heart beats after covid, they did the ECG and echo two times and both are normal. They prescribed me etizola beta 0.5. My question is what's next I need to do? I can't keep on taking beta blocker for long time. Also if there is some issue will it be visible in echo? Or do I need to do any further tests. Attaching reports.

Hi, since last week I can feel my blood is flowing in center of chest & left side. Sometimes I have weakness in left arm as well. The uneasiness sometimes feel like pinch but there is no pain & last for a second & goes away. Please guide me whether it's heart problem or something else
