I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down..at the rate of 72 bpm...it quite irritating..what is the reason..what should i do..ECG is normal

Sir it will be 2 months since covid came to me.  Chest pain left hand pulling neck pain from 1 month No sleep, 5 times ecg is normal, I consulted a md medicine doctor.  Does not decrease.  There is so much fear.   chest pain is reduced but pulling at the elbow in the left hand.  Comes with left shoulder pain. Troponin 0.04, blood test normal, no sugur.

Help me out of these reports and i am feeling some breath issues and sleeplessness anxiety it effecting my day to day life

My heart bit is always 100 + bpm. Bloos pressure is 140/85. Wanted to consult on this. Earlier I have used metoprolol but ryt now not using medicine

Hi - I have seen my heart rate drops to 41-45 while sleeping. I'm on ivabradine 5mg twice a day. My heart rate during the day is around 85-90 and 105-110 while walking. This is after taking Ivabradine, started taking this as heart rate reached 150 with minimal exertion. Is sleeping heart ok?

Hello doctor! My resting pulse rate (sitting) is going below 60 off-late (1 Week). Lowest pulse this week was 40, average this week 54-58. Resting pulse used be around 62-64 usually. I don't have any other symptoms as such. Does it require any investigation? Please advise.
