Heart Problems & Remedies

I had two ecgs (in an hour) as part of regular checkup. IRBBB/RBBB always show up on my ecg. Have done echos in past ( apart from lvdd grade 1 or abnormal heart relaxation, mild mr/tr, no othrr issue) had stress n nuclear echo test 2015 - all normal. Have no recent symptoms except high anxiety due to lvdd grade 1 and rbbbb. Today, got really nervous when ecg was taken. Sharing both reports. Age-31, weight-68, fairly active. Have heart issues anxiety.

For the last 10-12 days , experiencing shortness of breath whenever there is My physical activity. Echo shows fluid accumulation in lungs. What causes this to happen?

My echocardiography shows dilation of Aortic root and Ascending Aorta.(45mm ). No Dissection. Is it necessary that my further treatment for hypertension etc. should be under a Cardiologist or for the time being can consult with a General Physician. My treating physician has advised me to see a  Cardiologist.

I have a pain in the upper left side of my chest. I showed it to the doctor and he took ECG and X-ray but he said no problem but he said there is pain. & Shoulders and collars hurt when I lift heavy objects

ECG report shows left anterior hemi block. Cholestrol is high Please check TMT Reports. Please advise if anything serious

I did my ecg test and the result showed : "LPFB with no acute ST T changes, echo correlation suggested." What is it? Is it serious?
