Hello sir.... Today I noticed one thing that when I climb on stairs from the ground floor to 1 st floor there are 14 stairs  ... I climb 14 stairs one by one and then down one by one, these up and down rotations are done for 5 min ... I'm a total of 16 rotations but after 10 rotations, I feel a mild pain left chest corner near about ribs ... Is there any sign for heart disease? My ecg and echo normal done in the month of April My TMT negative done in 4 Aug 2022

I echo report says mild tr now am 26 will it lead to moderate or severe how long it takes?pls help I am very scared

I did echo today as doctor said have attached report there they mentioned mild tr is it worrisome? Am very scary pls advice me

Need to consult for above reports for medication.Plz guide me for weight loss and also for thyroid my weight is going on increasing and there is lack of exercise .getting swelling in my legs due to pain i am unable to do my physical activity.Though i walk 2 kms daily . My thyroid also got increased it shows 6.7 ,lack of vitamin D n B 12.

I have undergone a blood test recently and found i am having high cholesterol. I am an eggetarian and looking to consult a heart specialist to understand the medications required and the duration of those medicines. I understand that I have to undergo a major diet change and incorporate exercise into my routine. Please let me know all the steps i shall take to bring down the cholesterol levels to normal.

Hello doctor I feel pinching pain in my chest pain last within few sec to minutes also back chest pain if I bend I took ecg here attached and I took tropnin test 0.02 is result pain comes 3 to 4 times a day sometimes chest burning sensation I am worrying and thinking about my health .

I had high bp 2 months ago since then I'm on meds my bp is usually 110/70 but last night I was feeling little pain in head I checked bp it was 130/90 but I was feeling dizzy difficult breathing shivering i had taken meds but still bp was not down from 130/90 this has happen 3 or 4 times I don't know why I feel uneasy on 130/90 I feel litte weird in head and I get panic I something wrong with me

What is the best medicine for High BP due to overthinking. Male, 32, Weight- 70, Height - 5'5.Please recommend something if BP stays 90/160.
