Pain in left side of ches

Chest Pain
I have been feeling pain for the last 1.5 months on left side of my chest. Also I feel tingling pain like pulses in my palm, finger tips and biceps area. Sometimes I feel my stomach is full. And in morning I feel like vertigo.

Increased heartbeat
She had a minor heartattack due to increased heart beats exceeded upto 250 . enjyography was done and no blockage was found. Heart beats are continuesly staying high even after medication , doctors have suggested medications, however is any surgery needed? Can pacemaker reduce heartbeats ?

Increase in heart rate
Sudden increase in heart rate, my heart beat count comes around 140-160, it feels uneasy at that time, I can feel my heart beating faster and louder, have little head ache too but withing 20 minutes everything becomes normal.

Cough with chest pain
I have cough from a very long time (6 months) its dry cough.
