I am having a high total cholesterol level of 249,HDL -53 and LDL - 193. I am having a heriditary background of heart diseases.I am working in IT field.so how should i proceed. Whether to consult any doctor. if yes which specialized doctor i have to consult or whether i can go with excercises and diet?

Fast unusal heart beat
I have been consuming alcohol since 5 yrs. I have quite a huge capacity. Last month after consuming little whiskey, I woke up with a faster heart beat and hand tremors the next morning. the doctor put me on Cipla for 1 week. I was fine. tonight I again had some rum and an hour after drinking I felt my heart beat faster
