Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been feeling pain for the last 1.5 months on left side of my chest. Also I feel tingling pain like pulses in my palm, finger tips and biceps area. Sometimes I feel my stomach is full. And in morning I feel like vertigo. I checked my vit d3, uric acid at some time and was somewhat deficient not too much
