I had echo, tmt,ecg 5 weeks back because of chest pain and tropolin test 10 days back because of chest pain everything was normal From two days to i am having sharp pain below armpit like 6 cm below armpit and jaw pain So i did ecg today It came normal Should i do echo and tmt again Please help me thanks

Ecg normal Echo normal, lvef 60 Tmt Negative, mets 13.5 Cholesterol normal Bp remains in normal range Done echo and tmt 3 times in last 6 months. But i have slight pressure and twitching in chest. Sometimes i feel palpitations in lower throat area which makes me very afraid. Is still needed to be worried regarding cardiac point of view?

Sirs, Kindly comment on attached ECHO/ECG. Taken yesterday. Cardiologist prescribed Razo D for one week and Roseday A 20  and Concor AM 5 for 2 weeks and advised to consult back. Current bp is 125/97.

Hi, I am 27 year old and non diabetic and non BP right now butbstill i got heart attack 6 month ago and place 1 stent in my LAD artery so I wanted to know the what is my expectancy and I have always  concern about  it that I will fall in same disease in future so can anyone tell me what precautions I take what are life style I will change so that I will never fall in same disease. And now I'm feeling healthy and my Eft is improved from 40% to 50%

I have been having breathlessness more specifically while lying down or sleep. I went to ECG. It was normal. My 2D echo says mild TR and RSVP 24 mmhg and EF 60% apart from that everything came normal in ECHO. My BNP test came less than 5 ( a day back NT pro BNP was 132) but in ER it came normal. I have had angiography an year and half back it was normal with Myocardial Bridge in LAD. Is it PAH ? Does that warrant further investigation? Do I need to go angiography again ?
