Both the medications that you’re taking belong to the same class of drugs and have the same mechanism of action. I would suggest that you consult a cardiologist and take treatment accordingly. LVH reversal depends upon adequate control of its cause, in your condition, it is high blood pressure. Monitor your blood pressure levels, regularly and chart it, and whenever you meet your cardiologist, take this diary along with you to understand the trend for your blood pressure. The medications for the blood pressure will be adjusted accordingly, and in the long if it consistently remains in the normal range, the LVH has a chance to be reversed .
