My wife sometimes feel that there is slight pain in her heart as if someone is pricking her from inside that is sometimes but that pain keeps coming up sometimes daily.. My father is going through maintainance haemodialysis twice every week under doctor saubhik sural, nephrologist. He is taking met XL 50 and cilacar 10 mg regularly. Then also his blood pressure remains 160/80 average. Kindly guide to reduce the pressure level to normal.
