Taking Amlong 2.5mg for treating B.P
B.P was measured yesterday evening as 157/90. Amlong 2.5 was taken but it was not lowered till morning. So one tab.of Nebicard 5mg was given without doctor's consultation but the B.P was lowered as 129/79 by evening. Whether nebicard 5mg is suitable for woman patient in SOS condition and if Amlong 2.5 mg is not helpful then should Amlong 5 mg would be helpful or nebicard 5mg would be alright.

Sir as an SOS your approach was acceptable. But, do get rechecked by your doctor with your regular BP charting.  Both are good medications. The regular dosage may have to be changed on looking at the BP monitoring.
