After I start treatment and the levels come down, do I still have to avoid oily food or do I still stand a chance of heart diseases? Thanks in advance! Am feeling rather embarrassed asking this and couldn't ask this in person. I had masturbated last night before sleeping and then I woke up after an hour or so feeling heaviness in chest and the need to take deep breaths. There was a mild ache in chest in left side.
