Hi, my daughter has heart isssue as per below diagnosed : OSTIUM SECUNDUM ASD MEASURING 12MM WITH SMALL ADDITIONAL FENESTRATION NEAR SVC MARGIN SHUNTING LEFT TO RIGHT, WITH ADEQUATE RIMS, NO PAPVC. Doctor suggested for ASD closure... Can you please advice that is it safe and secure for child and will be no issue in future ?

My BP reading changes with body position   Laying     116/79  P83   Seating    95/73   P100   Standing 88/68   P107 Taken after interval of 1 minutes each on OMRON HEM-7124 I am presently taking Telmikind 40 Whether the aforesaid variations are normal?

What is trace egurgitation in echo? Can anyone explain this ?what is trace tr mr in echo cardiogram.

I am covid recovered, 2 months ago was hospitalized with CT to score 20. It has been 2 months since i am discharged now. I try Fast walking ..... And that makes my heartbeat 140-150 bps. Is this okay ? I don't think before covid it was this high. ECG is fine. Will this get fine ?

Everytime I do my ecg it's says sinus tachycardia I dnt have any such issues is there is something to be worried about my heart beats are faster than normal always

Sometimes I have pain in lateral side of my chest followed by pain in my left arm. Does it indicates any problem?

I am Swapnil Das 21 years old and my lower diastolic bp always reads low, going as low as 45 sometimes but mostly staying with 50-55mmhg range with the systolic pressure mostly within 120-125mmhg. I am currently under medications daily- Amlodipine 10, Levamisole 100mg(alternate days), Avas 20, Telmisartan 40 amd Ecospirin 75. I feel so light headed after I get up from sitting postures mostly during the day. I had coarctoplasty 3 years back in 2018 and I have nephritis (1FRNS). Do i need to get concerned about this or is it normal?

My BPM varies from 54,55,56 sometimes and sometimes 63,64,65 on oximeter is it normal, I have no problem, my BP is very good
