Acute weakness and breathlessness
My grandfather age 80was fit till February after which he had lungs infection which got cured by montair 10and Asthalin rotahelor. He is feeling acute weakness and shaking in body .he cannot walk even for 20steps he starts sweating and shaking.before Feb he was very well.he takes a lot of tension even slight things here and there and he goes in anxiety.we showed to a cardiologist and his findings and 2D echo report are attached. Please guide

Echo is showing some changes - like reduction in pumping, moderate valve leakage
Already started on medications
