Hello sir ive attached my report Iam having twitches in left chest tightness Past 4 months echo ecg normal hrct normal pft test abnormal ive consluted Pulmonogy he doesn't considered pft report due to hrct normal

I have pain in left arm shoulder since 2-3days. Also when I take deep breathe I have pain in the back side. Is it heart attack??

My brother was having little pain in chest left side and side of chest and right doctor said his ecg is normal with sinus tachycardia He want to go for echo after one month. How much we can delay echo testing after ecg... he's an anxiety patient too and hypochondriac. He thinks alot, he also recovered from corona but still thinking and talking about it. Please suggest when to go for echo after ecg
