He is feeling shortness of breath, fast heart beat and chest pain daily. I did ecg, echo, holter,abpm, troponin test. All are normal. What to do?

Hello, this is for male 37 years old, smoker, in a mentally stressful and sedentary job. His total cholesteol level is 203 (ideal <200), LDL is 145 (ideal <100) and non HDL Cholestrol is 160.3 (ideal <160). What precautions wrt diet and exercise need to be taken, please help.

Hi doctor, 2days back i am had similar pain i thought might going under gastric. Again from yesterday night till now... Past 3days over stressed sleepless night no proper food. Did a echo on Feb 2021 and ejection fraction was 58%, again did an echo last month this time ejection fraction was 82% which is higher than normal range...Is it due to any heart issue .. other values are normal in echo

I did ecg echo all blood test a month ago because i had chest pain amd left hand cramp all reports were normal i consulted cardiologist he also said its just anxiety now i started getting left hand cramp and slight chest pain 2 weeks back i did ecg it was normal only high heart beat i have anxiety about health do i need to repeat the test

Why LVH and LAE appear on ECG and it says moderately abnormal ECG. Normal sinus rhythm and normal axis. BPM is 80. Please let me know further.
