Cholestrol issues
Hello, this is for male 37 years old, smoker, in a mentally stressful and sedentary job. His total cholesteol level is 203 (ideal <200), LDL is 145 (ideal <100) and non HDL Cholestrol is 160.3 (ideal <160). What precautions wrt diet and exercise need to be taken, please help.

Low fats in diet, esp trans fats. Increase Fibre in diet Walk daily 45-50 min - ideally intense Stop smoking Need some meditation Avoid excess oils, butter, fried foods .

Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day which includes either brisk walk or jogging or cycling. Keep BMI < 25. Avoid junk food alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber diet

150 mins / week - intense work out Avoid saturated fat / Refined carbs Omega 3 fatty acid rich food
