Toenail hemotoma
Right Toenail showing signs of hematoma. Nail is slightly bloated from middle.
Seems like issue in the nail-bed. No spontabeous pain but mild pain on applying pressure on the toe.
Should put ice pack on it or leave it as it is ?

Strange vibration in head
On two occasions i had a kind of strange vibration that lasted for a few seconds on top of head, in the middle.
It felt very uneasy at that point.
I am worried.

My cbc was normal, vitamin D was normal, ra factor was normal and anti ccp was negative. But hla b27 was positive and vitamin b12 is 1121. I was taking methycobalmin injection for past 1 year. Left it taking 2 mnths back. May I know why vit. B12 is this high and what should I do?
