Is starr surgery for complete rectal prolapse require genral anesthia or local. Does it hurt? After surgery can u not life heavy objects. Wht r uts recurrence chances

Which is the best available surgery for rectal prolapse. Im 18 nd had complete rectal prolapse. Is starr surgery good surgery as i want less recovery time.

Today i gone through a surgery of complete rectal prolapse through starr process. My medical for iaf in afcme delhi is scheduled after 15 days. Will they be able to identify tht i had gone through surgery. Training will start after 5 months.

Previously 2 yr ago my wife got fissure in ano that recover completely with two skin tags but now from last 10 days she got a new lump/pile/fissure or something other that cause pain during stool.She take cremaffin syrup 15 ml and polyethylene glycol 1 spoon at night since from last 7 days but still the motion is hard and dry.please suggest some remedy or medecines.please look at the image and suggest.Is it pile or fissure.
