I underwent an ingrown toe nail surgery recently, and vertically, there's the gap between nail and the side skin of the toe. And thus theres 3-4 mm of nail bed left open. Doctor has suggested to keep it open, but it is painful. What to do?

I have fistula suregery day before yesterday but still there pus coming out what to do when will the pus drainage will stop

I wanted to know the time taken for the abscess and the wound to heal after the surgical drainage. I had undergone a surgical drainage on 11th of July and second surgical drainage on 10th of August. Now the pain is less but there is still puss discharge and the antibiotics got over too. Usually how long does it take for the wound to heal and for someone to come back to normal?
