General Surgery

My daughter is 10 years old,her left breast is developing but right one is not developing.I am worried,kindly help.

Since yesterday my back corner of my head hurts. It does not hurts every time. But, when I touch that part it hurts. And the opposite side of my head there is a injury but it is now recoverd successfully. What should I do?

Sir i have fissure problem last 20 days it is paining a lot whole day after passing stool ..i am taking sitz bath and using dilizesic 2/ however this problem is very old about 8 year it healed again active .my stool sometime become vry hard and mostly very loose .. I am non allegric i want to avoid surgery in covid time plz suggest some medicine ...In 2018 i have consulted in aiims delhi they said it is healing and suggest diltigesic ..currently i am using lox 2perent diltigesic2percent and paracetamol and isbgol husk

Hi dr I have sudden 2 3 seconds pain randomly in anus I had fingered my anus yesterday and today Is it because of fingering and when will the pain end

I had a severe headache like electric shock suddenly and after that I found that a rubbery bump on back of my head near occipital bun which is feeling rubbery and inside material is like moving. What is this?? I am tensed.

It's been six year since my wife delivered our baby with normal delivery but still sometimes she complains specifically about pain in stitches in her parts post delivery. However, this pain occurs only by pressing or sometimes hard touching. Any reason for that? If yes, please suggest the solution.

I have a very small lump deep under skin on the right side in the middle of my neck not connected to the throat thats not visible only i can feel its like a small bubble and rubber like and it moves around when i feel it I don't know since when it was their i came to know about it three days back it hasn't grown in three days it is still the same and without any other symptoms i have shown it to the nearby ENT because i could find him only in the lockdown he told me its just a lump made of fatty tissue LIPOMA nothing serious only lumps which are behind or near the ear or on the throat or thyroid are serious since its location is not on a serious area i shouldn't worry but i should keep an eye on its size because i don't know how long it has beeen there...what should I do
