Hello doctors , i am 27 year old and i got big round belly fat as I don't work much. I got ultrasound done randomly and found liver is mild enlarge in size with mild coarse echotexture, after this i went for fibroscan as I was tensed...it shows cap - 267 and fibroscore shows 7.4 kpa and all other lft is normal expect sgpt on borderline...I also drink mild alcohal...height is 6 ft and weight is 90

Hi 2 months back I had gone through stapled hemorrhoidectomy and lateral internal sphincterotomy surgery, but from 3 weeks I'm facing narrow anus in stappled part and it's shrinking day by day by doing dilatation is it curable or any surgery required?
