I had constipation yesterday and after that hemorrhoids sizee increased and it created pain in sitting and walking too..by midnight size decrease as it moved back inside om it's own but again in morning after passing stool size increased pain is there. Kindly suggest something to relieve the pain. Not even able to do my daily work too.

I am currently taking Librax twice daily due to excessive bloating at night. But I have realised it makes me sleepy. Can I change my dosage to just one a day i.e before dinner and skip the morning dose to avoid feeling lethargic in the morning? Please help

Sir from last 1 year approx 2-3 times I have blood on stool drop wise 5-6 drops and Mostly stops on next day pain is negligible yesterday I went to doctor and he said me to lie down he looked my anus and said that I have fissure and give me medicine currently I am not having any bleeding but I had read on net that it can be because of cancer also I am in class 12 and not able to concentrate on my pepration because of fear of cancer do this type of bleeding takes place in cancer kindly give me suggestions

Hello doctors , i am 27 year old and i got big round belly fat as I don't work much. I got ultrasound done randomly and found liver is mild enlarge in size with mild coarse echotexture, after this i went for fibroscan as I was tensed...it shows cap - 267 and fibroscore shows 7.4 kpa and all other lft is normal expect sgpt on borderline...I also drink mild alcohal...height is 6 ft and weight is 90
