I am having stomach gas and indigestion problem and it's been for a long time please give a medical treatment

For the last few days, had irregular and very little food due to irritation in the throat. Now when I'm eating regular meals three times a day,during dinner time, there is slight burning sensation over my chest,upper abdomen on the midline. It's dull but present, pls help !

Sir, I am Using Duphalac Syrup From Past 3 weeks. Every morning when I poo for the first time I get regular Stool and for the 2nd time it's mix of liquid and Regular stool. Also I get the third time and this time it is highly liquid and mass in it appears reddish in colour and Also slight burning near Anus. I take 25-30 ml of syrup. Is it due to Syrup consumption. Before use of syrup there was no such complications. kindly suggest.

My name is Padma Chavhan. I was experiencing frequent burps in evening mostly. So I have undergone endoscopy. My endoscopy report impression is GRADE -A EROSIVE REFLUX ESOPHAGITIS.  I am taking 1) ESOMPRAZ 40 in the morning.  2) GUTWIL powder at night.(as I was having constipation issue also ) But i am experiencing heartburn and slight chest pain while lying down even after 2 hrs of taking meal. Please suggest something.
