Acid reflux
My name is Padma Chavhan. I was experiencing frequent burps in evening mostly. So I have undergone endoscopy. My endoscopy report impression is GRADE -A EROSIVE REFLUX ESOPHAGITIS.
I am taking
1) ESOMPRAZ 40 in the morning.
2) GUTWIL powder at night.(as I was having constipation issue also )
But i am experiencing heartburn and slight chest pain while lying down even after 2 hrs of taking meal.
Please suggest something.

Syrup gaviscon 10 ml 1–1-1 30 min after meals for 5 days . Follow anti reflux measures
