My liver is increasing three time size and some piece of fat in side of liver and sgot 164 what can I do is that any serious issue

February 2021 I had developed epigastric pain and right hypochondriac pain I consultant many doctors they said it's a mild gastritis ,my endoscopy was done but  no significant abnormality is detected, I took medicines prescribed my doctor's , but still it didn't cite properly 😔🥺 Medicines Pantoprazole 40 mg Esmoprazole Femotadine

Hello Doctor, My mom is having piles problem for long years and she is having bleeding whenever sitting for long time or traveling somewhere.She is not willing to come to hospital. Would be better if you suggest any medicine for pain relif and bleeding .

I am taking lesuride and famogreat before food for reducing my reflux also I have lax les after brushing I get more spitting saliva in the morning even we can call it saliva with acid, how to overcome this? I need to settle this out pls help me

Hi , I'm suffering with pangastritis and hyplori since past two months , I'm using nexpro fast 40 tablet now .. can you please suggest me a diet for this problem because I feel heavy stomach when I intake food . Tia

September my SGPT were 260+ SGOT were 320+ I had typhoid and my Weil Felix test was positive Dr prescribes me dome medicines to reduced pt/OT level But after 4 months 14 Feb 2022 I have check my SGPT/OT again It is 143/223 Sonography of abodomen and pelvis is normal Hepatitis B antigen  HCV not fount don't know why it is taking time ..even dr was surprised

I had chest pain and doctor said it was acid reflux, echo ecg clear. On esmoporazole for this. Then gallstones were suspected because some pain in right upper quadrant of abdomen. Usg found mild hepatomegaly with stage 1 fatty infiltration of liver. LFT all normal except ALT was 59.7. Does this mean that my liver is permanently damaged? I am very overweight but have been trying to lose weight since past few months and have lost 12 kg so far. I used to drink every weekend but have stopped now.

For the last few days, had irregular and very little food due to irritation in the throat. Now when I'm eating regular meals three times a day,during dinner time, there is slight burning sensation over my chest,upper abdomen on the midline. It's dull but present, pls help !
