Elevated PT/OT
September my SGPT were 260+ SGOT were 320+ I had typhoid and my Weil Felix test was positive Dr prescribes me dome medicines to reduced pt/OT level But after 4 months 14 Feb 2022 I have check my SGPT/OT again It is 143/223 Sonography of abodomen and pelvis is normal Hepatitis B antigen  HCV not fount don't know why it is taking time ..even dr was surprised

if your SGOT/SGPT is not reduced after adequate weight reduction, increasing physical activity and stopping alcohol then we have to evaluate for other causes of rising liver enzymes. like hepatitis b and hepatitis c there are other cause to affect the liver so it needs proper evaluation by specialist
