I had my first c section in 2018 ..belly button was protruding out ..now after my second c section one month back it has increased ...I have attached the photo..there is no pain only increased in size... what should I do,???

I am having treatment for GERD for three years and for last three months alone my health is not good, now I am on lesuride and famotidine, once after brushing teeth I am feel like vomitting and more water brash pls give me ways to control this water brash doctors any small ways could also help me
