I have Chronic Hepatitis B and have been on antiviral medications Tenofovir Alafenamide for past 1.5 years. My last (3 months back) HBV DNA quantitative result was undetectable along with 39 ALT & 31 AST. My latest LFT shows ALT level is 42 & AST level is 29. Are the reports fine?

Intestinal metaplasia and mild atrophy is curable? and also now eradicated hpylori infection, please suggest treatment

Hello docs! Greetings of the day! Have already visited two doctors but not of much help.. Off late I have started feeling hungry just after 2-3 hours after meal. After having dinner or any other meal I again get very hungry.. If I ignore it, then I start getting acidity symptoms like bitter moth, s, growling stomach etc.. Usually I go to motions 3-4(normal stool) times a day. Feeling incomplete Don't know if it's because of bacterial imbalances or any other issue.. Endoscopy was done 20days back, lower sphincter was loose, (symptoms of gerd) now acidity has been reduced after medication, but this growling problem ,excessive hunger is troubling. Please suggest Thanks in advance 🙏🙏

I'm suffering from 2 years peptic ulcer and h pylori bacteria I used h pylori kit 2 times but when I use it then 2 months is better and repeat after 2 months same problem. My mother is hepatitis b positive. her HbeAg is non reactive. While anti HbeAb is reactive.viral load is 134IU/ml. does she need any treatment? Her liver ultrasound is normal.
