My AST:ALT ratio is 1.45, and for normal, its <1, but my AST and ALT are normal separately, what does this mean? I don't drink neither smoke

I have NASH with F3-F4 fibrosis denoted in fibroscan.In 2 years ago,my sgpt and sgot value occuring 300+ but now sgpt 86 and sgot 130 Ibut my globulin value was very low 2.70 gm%...is there any serious with globulin value???

LFT has sgpt of 50 and rest is within range. CBC shows low platelet of 125000. Last month platelet was 150000. Had mild covid in January. Pre covid platelet has always been in the range. Abdomen scan done- no fatty liver, everything else is normal. Simple hepatic syst of 0.7x0.6 cm is there. Sgpt was 47 when tested 8 month back. How does it look? Is sgpt elevated? Why platelets is low. Got virul screening done and all are negative.

I WANT TO ASK CAN I TAKE THIS TABLET IF I DONT HAVE SUGAR OR HIGH TRIGLYCERIDE. DOES IT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS. HB1AC 5 . KIDNEY FUNCTION NORMAL. AL OTHER PARAMETER NORMAL SGPT 215 SGOT 80. SHOULD I CONSUME THIS TABLET ..SAROGLITAZAR
