SGPT 50, US normal, platelets 125000
LFT has sgpt of 50 and rest is within range. CBC shows low platelet of 125000. Last month platelet was 150000. Had mild covid in January. Pre covid platelet has always been in the range. Abdomen scan done- no fatty liver, everything else is normal. Simple hepatic syst of 0.7x0.6 cm is there.
Sgpt was 47 when tested 8 month back. How does it look? Is sgpt elevated? Why platelets is low. Got virul screening done and all are negative.
