Hello, I am 22 yrs male, I have a problem of acne, for that I was advised for isotetronin 20mg per day, its been over 7 months and i was adviced to continue for more 7-8 months, but few days ago i started having problem of weight loss, because I am more it bodybuilding stuff I do take bodybuilding mass gainers and Proteins shakes, so I got my LFT's done and results were I have 380 alkaline phosphate and 46 SGOT, so is this due to Protiene shakes or isotetronin, will it be fine if I stop Protiene shakes for a while and go for liver treatment and also acne treatment with isotetronin together, since isotetronin helped me alot I don't want to stop it right away, so please help me.

From past 6 months i am having this tenesmus feeling in the evening..i pass stool twice . There is lot of discomfort in the anus..i have grade 1 to grade 2 piles..i get that feeling that i want to pass stool but then i pass gas . Sir, I have taken 14 incefzone(antibiotics) 1gm injection along with Valprowin chrono, tagrital and one more tablet. From 12 th injection my stool is loose and i feel poop 4 to 5 time a day since last 8 days. How do I know my gut health and what should i do now. Should i see a doctor or wait ? Please help!
